Common Questions

Everything you need to know about the masterclasses

Do I need any experience?
None at all. Our masterclasses are designed for complete beginners through to people who've been posting for a while but want to get much better. We meet you where you are.
What do I need to bring?
Just your smartphone (any make or model) and a charger. We provide everything else. You'll be filming and editing on the day, so come with your phone fully charged.
Which masterclass should I do first?
Either works as a standalone course. But if you're doing both, we'd recommend starting with Content Creation. Learning to make great content first means the strategy session lands much more powerfully because you already understand what goes into producing it.
Can I book for multiple people from my team?
Absolutely. If you're booking for 2 or more people, it might be worth looking at our In-House Training instead, where we come to your premises and tailor everything to your business. It often works out cheaper per head and is more relevant to your specific needs.
Where exactly are sessions held?
We hold our masterclasses at a venue at our training centre on Gloucester Road, bristol. The exact address is shared with attendees on booking confirmation.
Can I do both masterclasses on the same day?
They run on separate dates so you can space them out. When you book the bundle at £450, you choose the dates that work best for you. They don't need to be consecutive.
